Company Profile
Dinos and Sons Continental Foods came
into existence almost forty years ago when an enterprising young man from
Cyprus decided to emigrate to England. Mr Dinos Sideras arrived in England
in 1954 and having worked for five years he eventually set up his own
Grocer/Butcher business in 1960 in Archway, North London. In 1966 he
commenced making continental sausages having moved into new premises in
Turnpike Lane, North London. It is at this new premises where "DINOS
& SONS" really began to take shape.
By 1984, when Mr Sideras moved to a
freehold building in Millmead Industrial Estate, Tottenham, his children commenced helping in the business. His sons Andy
and Marios joined the business at the time when sales were boosted by
importing "Halloumia, Fetta and Cheeses" from Cyprus, Greece and
other countries. The partnership of "Dinos & Sons" was then
renamed "DINOS & SONS CONTINENTAL FOODS".
The partnership currently stocks 300
different products of which some 30% are manufactured at our Millmead
factory. These are unique ethnic products made of traditional recipes and
full of natural goodness. We import food products from Cyprus, Greece,
Denmark, Italy, Germany and Holland.
