Spicy Sausage & Potato Salad

Preparation & Cooking
1. Cut the Jersey Royal new potatoes into even-sized cubes and mix well with the mustard mayonnaise.
2. Thickly slice the sausages and lightly fry them, or grill them.
3. Add the sausages to the potato mixture, along with the spring onions, celery and baby gherkins.
4. Mix well, then serve immediately.

8tbsp Mustard mayonnaise
350g Andy & Mario Pastourma Sausages or Andy & Mario Thin Loukanica*
4 spring onions, sliced
2 sticks celery, thinly sliced 4 baby gherkins, sliced
